Cedar Creek Neighborhood Association commissioners are working on getting a Rental Restriction amendment passed for our neighborhood. It would prevent new rentals in our neighborhood other than special circumstances, prevent companies from buying our properties, and impose steep fines if violated. This amendment would encourage home ownership, community involvement from homeowners, and keep our property values up. Click HERE to see the the of the proposed amendment. In order to pass this amendment, we need 3/4 of the properties to sign it (one signature per household).
